The 90-minute event includes a 10 gong, 62 -minute gong bath meditation. Before the event, Licensed Mental Health Counselor Katie Stickney will discuss how stressful and traumatic events impact the body. Post-event, she will be available for participants wishing to share thoughts, feelings, or questions that arose during the experience.
The gong bath is best experienced lying down on your back or a similar comfortable position. Wear comfortable clothes and bring whatever you need to be relaxed for the meditation - yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water, eye mask, etc.
