YIN is a slow-paced style of Yoga where body poses are held for longer periods of time, usually between three to five minutes in length.
Five Planet gongs are continuously played during the YIN class, helping you expand into each pose.
The combination of extended YIN poses, and the healing frequencies of the gong will leave you feeling tuned, refreshed and connected with your intuitive personal power.
The class includes 60 minutes of YIN followed by a 30-minute gong meditation.
The gong meditation is best experienced lying down on your back or a similar comfortable position. Wear comfortable clothes and bring whatever you need to be relaxed for the meditation - yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water, eye mask, etc.
