COMMUNITY OUTREACH PROGRAM

Community Outreach provides private and group Gong Meditations and workshops for a wide variety of audiences.

These events are paid services that allow us to continue to offer our Cancer Wellness and Stress Reduction events at reduced rates or free of charge.

We play events at approximately 40 Yoga studios and wellness centers in the Pacific Northwest.

Additionally, we have presented and taught classes on Gong Meditation at Evergreen State College, Pacific Lutheran University and numerous K-12 schools.

One of our most popular COP events is our blissful two-hour Gong Yoga workshop. When we prep the body with Yoga and breath-work we set the listener up to be most receptive to the healing frequencies of the Gongs.

The Gongs are delicately played during gentle restorative Yoga and then powerfully escalated during the extended Gong Meditation, leaving the participants feeling tuned, refreshed and connected with their intuitive personal power.

We also conduct private and group Gong lessons, offering a three level certification class from Gong Basics through Practitioner and Mastery.

We will be scheduling our next Level I Training - The Practicum of Gong - Fundamentals in the fall of 2021 in Seattle, WA.

We are always looking for new partners and new ways to expose listeners to the healing attributes of the Gong.
