Event Description: This unique offering will be about letting go and surrendering to the things that no longer serve you, and creating room for love and self expression. Be sure to come with an intention on what you want to create or wish to release.
The event will begin by priming the body through breathwork led by Elle Pavlenko. We will explore the complex relationship between oxygenating our cells, the rhythm of the breath and the immediate and profound impact it has on our body. Ultimately, creating the perfect conditions to release any trapped emotions or stagnant energy that no longer serves you.
We will then transition into a cosmic sound journey using eight Planet Gongs, all masterfully played by Wayne Marto. This powerful combination of breath and gong work will allow you to consciously relax and receive in profound ways, bringing all levels of the body, mind, and spirit into harmony.
