Event Description: Relax and renew with a blissful two-hour Gong Yoga Workshop that includes gentle restorative Yoga, light Pranayama (breath work) and an extended 11 Planet Gong Bath Meditation leading you on a journey of transformation and healing.

You’ll be guided through four gentle Sacral Chakra restorative Yoga poses, while simultaneously being bathed in the healing frequencies of the Planet Gongs tuned to the frequency of the Sacral Chakra: Moon, Venus and Pluto.

The gongs will be delicately played during the 45-minute Yoga and Pranayama class (led by Nina Bryden) and then powerfully escalated during the 62-minute Gong Bath Meditation, leaving you feeling tuned, refreshed and connected with your intuitive personal power.

You’ll also receive a special Sacral Chakra crystal that will be activated during the Gong Bath Meditation opening your pleasure center to sensuality, passion and creativity.

The event concludes with sweets and community.

The Gong Bath Meditation is best experienced lying down on your back or a similar comfortable position. Wear comfortable clothes and bring whatever you need to be relaxed for the meditation - yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water, eye mask, etc.

Nina Bryden is a 200-hour certified yoga and meditation teacher with a soft spot for comfort, gentleness, and healing. She is also a Reiki Level II practitioner with unique therapeutic treatments to relieve stress, anxiety, and symptoms of post-traumatic stress.
