ONLY THROUGH SELF-EXPRESSION DOES THE OUTER WORLD GET TO KNOW WHAT'S INSIDE OF US. - Anodea Judith

Event Description: This extraordinary evening will be about letting go and surrendering to the things that no longer serve us and creating room for love and self-expression. Be sure to come with an intention on what you want to create or wish to release in your life.

After a brief discussion on the healing attributes of tuned Planet Gongs by Wayne Marto, we will begin priming the body through breathwork led by Bryce Gubler. We will explore the complex relationship between oxygenating our cells, the rhythm of the breath and the immediate and profound impact it has on our body. The Gongs will slowly begin their ascension, interacting with the energy of our breathwork, creating the perfect conditions to release any trapped emotions or stagnant energy that no longer serves us.

Upon completion of the breathwork, we will transition into a 90-minute cosmic sound journey from eight Planet Gongs, all masterfully played to leave you tuned and refreshed. The powerful combination of breathwork and Gong Meditation allow you to consciously relax and receive in profound ways, bringing all levels of the body, mind, and spirit into harmony. The event concludes with sweets and community.

What to Bring: The Gong Meditation is best experienced lying down on your back or in a similar comfortable position. Wear comfortable clothes and bring whatever you need to be relaxed for the meditation - yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water, eye mask, etc. It's suggested to not eat for at least a few hours before breathwork.

Gong Meditation: Promotes relaxation and stress relief - Restores vibrational balance and mind-body harmony - Stimulates immune system and glandular functioning - Encourages the movement of life force energy - Can clear habitual negative thought patterns - Supports deep, spontaneous meditation- Can improve creativity, will-power and confidence - Advances spiritual exploration and self-discovery .
