The event is hosted by Overlake Medical Center and sponsored by Cancer LifeLine and will be located in the Cancer Center Conference Room.

The 60-minute event includes a short discussion on the healing attributes of the gong, followed by a 45-minute gong bath meditation, followed by sweets and community.

The gong bath is best experienced lying down on your back or a similar comfortable position. Wear comfortable clothes and bring whatever you need to be relaxed for the meditation - yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water, eye mask, etc.
